Wizards for changes in navigation, data fields, displays, forms, processes, workflow, user actions, notifications, reporting, charting and role-based permissions. This no-code, wizard driven configuration means that changes can be easily and cost effectively made while your system is running in production.
Native Office 365/GCC Integration
WinCenter runs on top of Microsoft SharePoint. It leverages native integration with Office 365/GCC including outbound email, Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Co-Authoring support, Outlook Drag & Drop and Calendar Overlays, single-sign on with Azure or other authentication providers and supports customer-managed Office 365 Power Automate (MS Flow)/Teams/Power BI integrations.
Just Work in Microsoft Teams
Enhance Microsoft Teams to do work. R3 Snaplet capability enables you to snap features from WinCenter into MS Teams as Tabs in Channels. Users can now do just about anything in Teams they can do in WinCenter (or any R3 solutions). They get full functionality with role-based security controlled by WinCenter.
R3 Snaplets empower the growing use of Teams for role-based work. For instance, a BD person can manage their GovWin opps from Teams, Execs can view and work in Dashboards and reports, SME’s can use My Work right there and never have to open a browser and go to WinCenter. It's the ultimate in convenience.
CUI/ITAR support with CMMC/NIST compliance
R3 is available in the R3 Cloud or on premise. We have 3 levels of Cloud offering. They differ in features and the level of Security Compliance for the Federal Government. Our GovCloud offering running on AWS GovCloud in US-West, supports CUI/ITAR needs. We operate based upon CMMC v2 Level 2, NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53 NFO controls. We use ITAR certified data centers of AWS and only US citizens have access to our customer systems. Each customer has their own dedicated web server and their own separate database for data and documents (based on SharePoint server).
API’s for External System Integration
R3 supports two-way integration with external systems through our API's and web services, REST and ADO.net services. We have off-the-shelf connectors to GovWin IQ and Salesforce. The R3 API and native SharePoint connectors support third-party data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik. And we support two-way connections to ERPs (Costpoint Unanet etc.) and other external systems. Our Data Wizards support ETL-style one-way-in integration for migration and routine operations.
Tight Integration of WinCenter and R3 Contract Management
WinCenter and R3 Contract Management are natively integrated. You can now have a system covering the full contract lifecycle of both Pre-Award and Post-Award. New Awards flow seamlessly into Contracts. BD can directly access contract and subcontractor information and make and manage agreement requests for NDA, TA, SOW and Subcontracts. And information and functionality can be directly shared between solutions leveraging the R3 Snaplet capability.
Role-Based Controlled Access
WinCenter provides role-based controlled access. This enables you to control what users see and what users can do (using Actions) based on a role. You can adjust the Team Members in roles down to each opportunity. We support pre-set Teams and roles that get automatically applied to opportunities based upon their type. And it is just one easy step to lock documents down to roles.
