Drive and Manage Capture
Capture managers have a pre-populated Activity Checklist for key Shipley-based activities that get tracked for completion and scored. They use Question-driven, KPI Pursuit Assessments to update progress. They drive work with cross-organization Action Items (data calls, NDA, TA requests), Documents Assignments, and Color and Gate Reviews to internal participants and partners working in our Partner Portal. They have a Knowledge Asset Library at their fingertips to reuse for Capture artifacts.
Drive and Manage Proposal Development
Success starts with access to BD and Capture information and activity. Proposal Managers drive the schedule with Color Reviews that have their own workspace. They use Document Assignment workflow for internal participants and teamed partners. Our Document Console gives them full visibility of all documents without having to search through folders. They leverage our rich document actions for version history and to automate tasks such as Pens Down, Archiving, Writer/Reviewer ping-pong, Color Review tagging, lock down to roles, promoting to Production and compiling PDFs.

360-degree system for Knowledge Asset reuse. Central repository of assets such as past proposals, forms and templates, boilerplate, snippets, resumes, graphics, and Q&A answers. One-click availability to users from within Opportunity Record View to search, read and fetch knowledge assets into working opportunity. Keyword search and full text Boolean search based upon SharePoint search engine.
Robust, secure document management
One central repository of documents and data leveraging dedicated Microsoft SharePoint backend. Supports CUI/ITAR needs. No need to move documents around. One document is tagged for different uses. Enables Pens Down and re-tagging by owner/manager. Easier to manage access, with one click to lock documents down using role-based permissions that can differ down to individual opportunities. Separate, optimized user experience for SME’s (via My Work) and teaming partners (via Partner Portal) supporting Pens Down and threaded collaborative commenting.

Leverage teaming partners with controlled collaboration. WinCenter Partner Portal provides separate, optimized user experience for teamed partners. You control what they can see and do. We simplify work for assignment doers with My Work. It brings the user assigned Documents, Action Items, and Meetings (Color Reviews, Gate Reviews, other Events).
