Bid Assessment Partner Survey Activity
We continue to innovate in this core activity. We now support a richer set of options to select and survey partners. Also, each survey is now tracked separately allowing for more robust Prime-to-Partner interaction.
Richer Partner Portal Experience
The Partner Portal now allows partners to interact with you when working on the proposal. They can see and respond to data calls. They can upload documents which are auto-magically filed into the correct Task Order working site. They can be assigned documents and conduct reviews. All of this can now be done from the Partner Portal without having to go into a SharePoint site.
More Automated Proposal Development
The Task Order working site has been enhanced to support a more structured and automated proposal development process. This includes an enhanced 360 Degree view to show summaries of activities on the Task Order in order to keep your participants on the same page. You now have access to Proposal Asset Repositories from within the Task Order working site. With one click Fetch of documents, you can now get ready to work quickly and conveniently. The enhanced Add Documents display for the Proposal Manager comes with a set of work automation actions to automate driving and managing the work on proposals documents with writers, reviewers, and partners.
New Drilldown Reports and Designer
You now have access to a Report Designer to create drilldown down charts into data. These rich interactive reports allow you to drill down into data on each graphical elements such as the stages of a Funnel chart.
Enhanced Design Canvas
A key aspect of our solution is the ease with which you can customize it using the Design Canvas. This feature has been enhanced to support managing content, role based security, and a Report Designer in addition to the existing capabilities to design layout, views, forms, rules and workflow.
Support for Opportunity Onramp
We have added support for an Opportunity Onramp. This allows you to access opportunity data from sources outside of the formal task order pipeline and import them to reduce re-entering of data and enforce process consistency. Some sources of opportunities can be those created by your internal BD people, exported from GovWin IQ with TOONS, registered partner opportunities, or from a third-party CRM system.
Support for R3 Program Management two-way integration
We now support two-way integration between the IDIQ solution where you win business and the R3 Program Management solution where you manage the delivery of the won business. Both solutions now allow users to see, contribute, collaborate and act with each other. So, Task Managers can see post-award activity from the IDIQ solution. And, Program Managers can see activity from the IDIQ system.
