Account Management
Increasingly, WinCenter is being used by Government Contractors as a replacement for legacy CRM systems, particularly for the capture management activities that it supports. This reduces customer’s costs for CRM software and eliminates the need for integration with external (non-SharePoint based systems).
R3 provides an Account Management solution that enhances WinCenter to meet the additional needs of business development for managing Accounts, Contacts, and contract activity.
Subcontractor Administration
Subcontractor administrators are besieged by requests from all corners of the organization. They need to handle NDAs, teaming agreements, SOWs and the day to day ebb and flow of supporting and managing subcontractors. This solution funnels these requests into a centralized application that enables subcontract managers and users to better manage the work. Importantly, requests can be made and tracked by users from wherever they work such as from a WinCenter proposal site, an IDIQ Task Order site or a Program Workspace – or all of them.
My Work Business Process Applications for GovCon
My Work Business Process Applications (BPAs) for GovCon is a great complement to WinCenter. The BPAs automate process across the organization and make it easy for all participants to get their work done. Standard off-the-shelf BPAs are Gate Reviews, Bid & Proposal Budget Requests, Subcontractor Requests, New Contract Initiation, and Contract Modification.
Post-Award Program Management
This solution complements WinCenter for the post-award management of delivery. It provides you with a top down, flexible way to manage contract information and the program management work. It provides you with a management center for cross-contract/program reporting. Each Program has its own workspace allowing customized work.
IDIQ Task Order Management
R3 provides standardized enhancements to WinCenter to support the quicker and lighter needs of responding to IDIQ Task Orders. This includes support for different styles of workspaces to meet the “lighter” work process for responding to task orders and the engagement with teaming partners.
R3 also provides the IDIQ Task Order Management solution which supports the full life cycle of managing multiple IDIQs, many Task Orders and the engagement with teaming partners. This system is integrated with WinCenter to feed opportunities into the system to manage the proposal response and track the full business development pipeline.
