A key benefit of R3 solutions is the ability of customers to become empowered to customize and enhance the solution on their own. In the first solution implementation for any customer we include “Power User” training for individuals who will be tasked with changing or innovating on the solution after the implementation.
Often Power Users will want to learn more. We build on this initial education through Do & Learning Sessions. These are virtual sessions where we go live with the solution and make changes or enhancements side-by-side with Power Users. We have found this approach to be the most effective in making them self-sufficient.
Typically, customers purchase a block of time for Do & Learning Sessions. We then schedule the sessions to address specific topics.
