It allows uses to submit requests to contracts/subcontracts with a complete process to track and manage each request and work interactively with the requestor.

A key business benefit of Subcontractor Administration is its use as a Request Management system to funnel requests into a manageable system. Typical requests are for Non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, SOW’s, partner onramp, information about subcontractors, past and current performance data. Key features of this include:
- Ability for users to conveniently make Requests from anywhere in SharePoint and track the status of requests
- Ability to relate requests to accounts, opportunities, proposals, and programs in R3 or customer SharePoint resources or applications
- Robust Request Management pipeline to track, assign and manage the work on requests

- Full document management capabilities and archives
- Configurable reporting about core Subcontractor data and the Request activity
R3 Subcontractor Administration is an add-on to a SharePoint environment. It is typically an application that is centrally managed by the contracts/subcontracts department. Yet, key features such as My Requests and Browse Subcontractors can be distributed to any site across SharePoint to make it convenient for users to access the information and leverage the request system. The solution is pre-designed to work with other third party GovCon solutions running on SharePoint such as CorasWorks IDIQ Task Order Management and Lohfeld WinCenter Capture and Proposal Management. Users are then able to access and work with Subcontractor information from within these systems when working in a site such as a proposal or a task order.
The solution is easily configured, enhanced, and extended using the R3 Configuration Wizards that are common to all R3 business solutions for GovCon.
